Structural Fire Fighter

Scope/Overview:

Introduces basic fire fighter skills that prepares students for live fire training and emergency responses that may involve structure fires. The 48-hour training is specifically designed for small municipal and rural fire department personnel.

Course Length:

48 hours

  • Meet training requirements of NFPA 1403

Student Equipment:

  • Full PPE and SCBA (NFPA compliant) with spare cylinder (current hydrostatic test)
