NFA Executive Skills Series: Managing and Leading Change

Scope/Overview:

For senior fire officers in both career and volunteer fire/emergency service, this two-day course introduces a four-step model for managing change effectively. A variety of activities and simulations will apply theories to contemporary issues that executive officers experience daily. Course code is F517.
