Open Enrollment
Course Registration Cancellation Policy

Effective July 1, 2006

All OFST classes have a minimum number of students required to hold the class.  These numbers vary with the individual classes due to safety considerations, activities, and efficient and economical use of resources.

  • The student or organization representative that has registered a student for an Oklahoma Fire Service Training (OFST) course must notify OFST at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the course, that the student will not attend the course, to avoid being billed.
  • The student or organization representative who registered the student will be issued a "cancellation" number when canceling the student out of the course.
  • Classes that do not have a registration fee – The student or organization representative who placed the registration will be billed a $15.00 administrative fee if the student fails to attend the class he/she is registered for, and has not obtained a cancellation number at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the course.
  • Classes that have a registration fee – The student or organization representative who registered the student will be billed the full registration fee if the student fails to attend the class he/she is registered for, and has not obtained a cancellation number at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the course.
