The OSU-FST Certification Section has achieved International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and National Board of Fire Service Professional Qualifications (NPQS) accreditation in eleven technical levels. IFSAC and NPQS accredited certification gives reasonable assurance of the content and quality of the testing program offered by OFST. The OFST Certification System is designed to meet or exceed IFSAC and NPQS criteria.
